Our helpdesk engineers are trained and certified in all solutions on our site.  If you would like to use us as your helpdesk, we offer per-hour support.  If you are interested in a yearly contract with our helpdesk, please contact us to discuss the options available to your organization. Our ability to provide support is dependent on the intended application of the solution. We recommend a free fifteen-minute consultation prior to purchasing a support plan.

If purchased, your card will be authorized for 1 hour of time.  There is a 1-hour minimum for each incident.  If more time is needed, we will arrange for the additional time to be purchased.
