QSRStore accepts returns for the following:
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) itme
- Miss-ships (wrong item shipped
- Unopened & Don’t want items
For all returns, a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is required and can be requested by filling out the form below. All return requests must be received within 14 days of the invoice date, and all returns must be completed within 30 days of RMA issuance.
