QSRStore sells products with a general expectation that the purchaser has the technical skills to install and operate them. However, if you have questions and need support we offer two options.

    A fifteen-minute FREE consultation to determine your needs and the level of support that will be required to serve them
  2. 2
    Paid support, which you can purchase in 1-hour increments

Support is provided by our sister company, RSS. Depending upon the need our help desk techs may not be able to provide support. For that reason, we recommend that you request a 15-minute consultation to determine how much support to purchase.

Once purchased, a support technician will call you at the number specified during checkout and will work with you to resolve your issue.
