QSRStore accepts returns for the following:
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) items
- Misships (wrong item shipped)
- Unopened & Don’t want items
For all returns, a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is required and can be requested by filling out the Returns Request form. All return requests must be received within 14 days of the invoice date, and all returns must be complete within 30 days of RMA issuance. The following rules apply to all returns:
- A valid RMA number must be visible on all returns. Do not write on the original product box
- Software returns are not allowed
- Product will be returned to customer under the following circumstances:
- If a product is returned missing any components sent with the original order
- If the condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented
- If the received product is damaged in any way
- If product is received over 30 days after the RMA issue date
- Customer is responsible for cost incurred by QSRStore due to misrepresentation of the condition of the product
- Customer is responsible for freight when returning products
- Product that is discontinued / obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for return
DOA Return
- Refer to manufacturer’s warranties and returns policies
- If the product is tested and the problem is not duplicated, a no problem found fee may be charged to the customer
- Products that show signs of use are not returnable to QSRStore as DOA
- For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account when the product is received and accepted by QSRStore. A replacement product will be sent in advance, freight free via UPS Ground
- For customers on credit card status, a replacement product will be sent upon receipt and acceptance of the product by QSRStore. If desired, we will send the replacement product in advance at your normal credit card status. Credit will be applied to your credit card when QSRStore receives the returned product
